F200x200 high precision high frequency welded pipe production line is mainly to product the square pipe size 70x70-200x200mm,thickness is from 4.0-12mm.This production line each unit equipment, full use of the domestic and foreign similar equipment, innovative design, full control with PC or computer control, advanced technology, convenient operation and maintenance, and reached the international level in the early ninety s, for the domestic leading level.

The main characteristics of the equipment:
In a very short period of time to finish the adjustment of the roller, extreme reduce the roller change time when replace the products, thus improve the efficiency and reduce the productive cost;
Due to the equipment adopts one set of combined mould, producing the different specifications of the tube, only need to adjust,no need to change,the roller savings rate at above 90%,thus reducing the cost of the roller;
with motor adjustment, decreased the input of tools and damage to equipment when change the roll, improve the service life of the equipment.
Due to structure of the composite roll,the point contact between the roll and strip instead of the original line contact,reduce the roll wear and improve the service life of roll.

After-sales service:
Used in users abide by the rules, under normal operating equipment, since 12 months from the date of the arrival of the equipment, such as positively impact on the quality to use, parts damage lead to equipment can't normal work, factory will give the repair or replacement free of charge.
The debugging time is one month,within one month The buyer need pay for the engineer salary USD 150.00 one day one person,the supply the atrtickets for round trip,also need supply the local cost,like food, rooms and transform.If due to the buyer reason,delay the debugging time,the buyer need pay for the engineer USD150.00 one person one day.
